Mineral-oil based. Free from chlorine and heavy metals, environmentally friendly and
biodegradable.
Application:
For processing steel and stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Very good
performance for drilling, milling and sawing. Leaves no residue, eliminates the cleaning and
degreasing of the workpieces. The lubricant can be used in high pressure and micro-dosing
systems.

Design:
Mineral oil-based EP drilling emulsion, chlorine-free, absolutely stable and homogeneous.
Immune to hardness ranges in water (lime, etc.). Largely resistant to microbial attack. When used

Application:
Emulsifiable for long tool life. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and thread
cutting. For aluminium, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast iron and stainless steel.
Use concentration:
milling approx. 9% solution (1 l concentration in 11 l of water),
sawing, turning, drilling: approx. 10% (1 l concentration in 10 l of water),
threading: approx. 10% (1 l concentration in 10 l of water).
