Cutting Tools

Specially developed for tool and mould construction high-

speed burrs (HFC) are distinguished by their ultra-smooth

running, ultra-high feed- and stock-removal rates.

Stable, vibration-free milling, thanks to optimised geometry

which reduces the cutting force and thus the load on the

main spindle.

Design spec:

• All burrs are nickel-plated

• Material 1.7361 – pre-hardened and nickel-plated

• Plates are milled and nitrided

• All burrs are equipped with internal cooling

Application:

• Suitable for plunge milling,

ramping and circular milling

• Fitted with precision-ground,

4-edged milling inserts
