Clamping
Systems
Design: DIN 69871, form AD/B,
precision balanced. From alloy case-
hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of min. approx. 950 N/mm
2
and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened
60–2 HRC. All functional surfaces machined.
Taper tolerance: AT3.
Concentricity: < 0.003 mm on the tool (3 x d).
Shank tolerance: h6.
Application:
For high-precision clamping tools with cylindrical shank
using special collets. Also for shanks with clamping surfaces. Very well
suited for high-speed machining.
Supplied:
HG Clamping chuck with clamping screw and pull-out hook,
without
collet.
