Clamping
Systems
Design: HSK 63, DIN 69893, form A, with internal cooling.
Material
with tensile strength of 1600–1800 N/mm

and hardness of
52 ±2 HRC. Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping
set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal). The pressure forces developed
effects even deformation by which the tool shank is being clamped
with high concentricity (max. 3 µm).
Taper to DIN 254.
Taper angle: Tolerance AT3.

Optimal operating temperature: 20–50 °C.
