The majority of the soil is comprised
of schist, thus yielding finely
textured, mineral wines. More than
ten varietals are planted at Figuière,
including Grenache Noir, Syrah,
Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon,

Ugni Blanc. Vinification is done
in stainless steel tanks.
