Deliverance is a Divine promise and God’s Covenant with humanity. While

the details are not fully comprehended until a precise time, the plea to put

God first is continual throughout all time. What is the significance of the

three times pertaining to certain time periods, and certain events within

those periods of time? Everyone must ask these questions, and although

theology offers insights in order to approach the truth and know rather than

believe, the answer does not depend on any theology of today. Until the

right time is at hand, the truth remains a mystery [or secret] to the mind,

and those doors remain closed by choice.

Hosea Message Is Love

Repentance and Forgiveness

Hosea also envisioned the covenant, and once again extended prophetic

words concerning a union between God and Israel [chosen of God]. The

expression of this vision is forcefully made through terms usually reserved

for the description of physical love in a human sense, but it is certainly most

profound in a spiritual sense. The union was formerly based only on law,

and it was intended as a spiritual bond based on love. The Hebrew prophet

Hosea found human marriage to be the means of expressing a human

relationship, and to articulate the spiritual relationship between God and

His chosen—forgiveness and repentance expressing the essence of love.

Hosea is the betrayed husband of the wife [Israel] who is an adulteress; she

evidences human weakness and perhaps separation. Both she and her

offspring are punished, yet each time she errs, she is redeemed and even

bought back, because the love of her husband is strong indeed.

Hosea relayed God’s message to all humanity. He was instructed by God to

comprehend love, for God asked him to excuse the faults of a failing wife.

Hosea was encouraged to accept his adulterous wife, because repentance
