The Secretary (Mr. W. G. Wakely) read

the notice convening the meeting, also the

minutes of the .Half-yearly General Meeting

held upon 13th May, which latter were signed

by the President.

The President signed the audited accounts

of the Society for year ending 30th April,

1909.

The Secretary read the report of the

scrutineers of

the ballot

for election of

Council for the year ending the 26th of

November,

1910, •

which stated that the

following had been returned unopposed as

Provincial
