Margins depend on:
• RT technique
• IGRT strategy (Rianne’s talk)
Example:
• 3DC RT & field verification at first treatment
 5 mm CTV-PTV margin
• VMAT & daily IGRT with 6D:
 1-2 mm CTV-PTV margin
