for 2015 – to do it better than ever before.
Since 1985, Boxercraft has created great, affordable, customizable flannel plaids
and comfort wear that have become the industry standard. Fun, fitness and style, all
rolled into a great selection of products, tailored to the unique brand of the end-user.
We achieved record sales growth in 2014, which came with some small growing
pains. As we enter into 2015, I am pleased to share some of the exciting changes
we are making at Boxercraft to further enhance our product offerings, quality and
improve our service to you; our valued partners and customers.
In a nutshell, we are making significant investments in our people, processes and
technology to better meet the growing demand for our unique products.
People:
We continue adding new talent to our team; a new generation of
Boxercraft, ready to launch us into 2015 and beyond. For seasoned staff and
newcomers alike, we are implementing training programs to keep current with the
latest lean manufacturing techniques so we deliver our products with the highest
levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Processes:
We are streamlining our processes and implementing industry best
practices to improve our order fulfillment process. From beginning to end, we
are gearing up to make your experience a delight; focused on getting you your
orders on time and perfectly, each and every time.
Technology:
We continue to reinforce our IT infrastructure as well as our production
line. Our manufacturing floor is home to new machinery and processes geared to
deliver our product with varied treatments, making the new fashion trends. Our
back-office continues to move into an integrated system, which will make each
customer’s ordering experience world-class.
We are committed to strengthen our partnerships to ensure ongoing success. We are
more excited than ever to see the great things 2015 will bring!
