Population Distribution Information
There are a number of facilities within the 250m Hazardous zone as follows:
Thwaites Motor Service Centre
Aggregates Wharf (on the south side if the harbour)
Details of personnel in these facilities who could at risk during the day in the event of
a Vapour Cloud explosion have not been confirmed. The anticipated off-site
occupancy split should be as follows:
Local industry 07:00-16:30, 56 people then 16:30 to 07:00, up to 6 people
Local residents estimated at approx 60 persons during 0900 to 1700hrs and approx.
120 persons from 17:00 to approx 0700. (see appendix 7).
These figures will be confirmed.
