Take-ups, pay-offs and rewinding lines for heavy weights and
large diameters are required more and more from customers
worldwide.
Flymca, as one of the more experienced manufacturers for
special equipment, is delivering each year more units adapted
for each customer’s requirements. For energy it is normal to reach
diameters up to 6m and weights over 100 tons, while for the ropes
market the tendency is to require units adapted for bobbins with
diameter and width over 7m, as well as weights close to 300 tons.
As well as for those pay-offs and take-ups, Flymca’s main
programme is focused on special solutions for stranding and
cabling needs that are constantly changing in a flexible market.
Helped by the modern methods for calculation and long technical
experience of its team, the stranding machinery manufactured
achieves the results and the satisfaction the customer is looking
for.
Sister company Flyro deals with all types of used machinery for
production of electric wires and cables as well as steel wires and
ropes, giving its customers additional solutions to requirements or
projects. Machines can be sold “as is”, checked or reconditioned.
Combinations of used and new machines can be arranged to
decrease the investment when possible.
