Absinthe

Af/ierican Style

% glass fine ice

I pony of absinthe

Wineglass of water

Shake the ingredients until the outside of shaker

is covered with ice. Strain into glass and serve.

Absinthe Cocktail

I dash Angostura bitters

I dash anisette

% jigger green absinthe

Fill glass with fine ice. Shake well until frapped.

Strain into cocktail glass.

Airmail Cocktail

Juice of Yi lime

I teaspoonful of honey

I Yi ounces rum (light colored)

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into 8 ounce

glass, fill with champagne, give a slight stir and

serve.
