DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENT POLICY
I have received a copy of the Board's Drug-Free Environment Policy dated April 21, 1994. I am aware of actions that may be
taken against me for the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance in the
workplace (alcohol is considered a controlled substance under this policy). I agree to abide by the policy terms as a condition of
my employment with the MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD .
