POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
This manual has been developed for the Mississippi Community College Board and its staff. The policies contained herein have
been established by the Board to govern its actions and activities and those of the staff.
The policies contained in this manual are not intended to supplant any state or federal statutes or abridge any person's
constitutional rights.
The policies in this manual shall supersede all prior policies and memoranda concerning such policies issued by the Board.
