PC Rick and Jill, what can we say, since joining the club in 1995 they
have been some of the most active members in the club’s history, and
they keep on giving. It is members like PC Rick and Jill that define the
true NCYC DNA of unselfish volunteerism and endless generosity. We
want to give them a big thank you for kicking off their 15th year
organizing and overseeing the NCYC bowling league. What started off
as a fund raiser has evolved into the social event from November until
April that keeps us glued together through the off-season months.
Thank you from the membership to PC Rick and Jill, we are proud to
present you the Order of the Anchor for December 2016.
