• Adapts any CURT 5th wheel head
unit to fit the Ford puck system
• Features integrated roller to provide
added clearance for short-bed trucks
• Adapts any CURT 5th wheel roller
to fit the Ram puck system
• Requires a 5th wheel roller unit
to mount the 5th wheel hitch
• Quarter-turn anchors allow for quick installation and removal
• Anchors can be adjusted to eliminate chucking
between the legs and under-bed platform

The Ford option has a built-in roller unit and is designed to accept a CURT 5th wheel head.
The Ram option is designed to accept a CURT 5th wheel roller and hitch kit.
