2015 has seen some of our most innovative vessels to date completed.
We’ve been working hard on new and proven solutions throughout the entire
process of shipbuilding in order to make our ships more cost-efficient and
environmentally friendly.
One big contribution is the Flex Tunnel by Van der Velden, which led to
considerable fuel saving, less resistance, improved manoeuvrability and velocity
and propulsion efficiency of about 10%, as well as increased cargo space and
loading capacity.
