COMPANY LAW UPDATE

TO BE HELD IN DUBLIN on the 29th & 30th October, 1986

Company law remains a crucial part of modern commercial law. The reform and consolidation of the law has introduced many features

designed to protect Investors, Employees and others. The Director needs to be fully aware of these, and of his own position under the

current law. This programme examines the law in a way which explains its effect in non-technical terms and considers the relevance of

company law changes to today's commercial environment.
