New Publications from the Law Society
Two new publications were launched by The Law
Society at a reception held at Blackhall Place, Dublin
last evening, (Thursday, 16th January 1986). Mr. Paddy
O'Toole, T.D. Minister for Fisheries and Forestry
introduced "Trees and the Law" by H.M. Fitzpatrick
of Co. Wicklow and the Hon. Mr. Justice Seán Gannon
introduced "The Succession Act, 1965: a Commen t a r y"
second revised edition by Mr. Robert A. Pearce, Lecturer
in Law, University College, Cork. Mr. Laurence Cullen,
President of The Incorporated Law Society of Ireland
introduced the two speakers to the meeting.
