WARM WATER WORKOUT

The warm water exercise program is designed for individuals

with arthritic and mobility limitations. This class is for you if

your goals include increasing strength, flexibility, and range of

motion in a relaxing and low impact atmosphere.

ROLLING IN THE DEEP

Strap on an aqua belt and join us for a deep water class in

the diving well of the competition pool! You will use noodles,

buoys, and resistance gloves to develop core strength while

performing aerobic exercises such as jogging, skiing and more!
