General Principle
Both in DE and CTP, the software will provide numbers. There is no way to know if these
numbers are correct or not, the only possible thing to do is knowing upfront what to do in
order to have reliable results, by combining:
– Clinical knowledge of physiological principles.
– Background knowledge of algorithms assumptions.
– Physical knowledge of CT and of the algorithms.
– Experience.
