PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is an extension to the North Buffalo outfall project completed in
2007. The primary purpose of this project is to upgrade the North Buffalo outfall
system from Hill Street to Battleground Avenue in order to increase capacity,
address the troublesome siphon under Battleground Avenue, and to mitigate
some existing problems related to storm events.
