Compensation Fund

The Council admitted applications for payment of

grants recommended by the Committee.

Probate Office: Certified copy grants and

probate engrossments

It was decided to suggest to the Superior Courts

Rules committee that the rules should provide that

photocopies of wills might be accepted as probate

engrossments. It was also decided to ask the probate
