PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
• A challenging 25,000 SF renovation and a 3,000 SF addition to a 105 year old building to
create medical office space for Children’s Hospital and Atlantic Management.
• The addition included a new fluoroscopy room as well as CT scan/imaging and x-ray
rooms.
• Construction took place within an occupied and full-functioning medical office building.
Extensive construction signage and traffic coordination was required by JC&A.
