PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
• Project scope included over 320,000 SF of renovations spanning multiple floors and
buildings. Simultaneous construction zones required an incredibly detailed phased re-
stacking program.
• The overall project included new software labs, data center, and general office space
renovations, resulting in large amounts of new usable space. The net reclaimed 15,000 SF
of lab space was converted to general office use and programmed according to various
department proximities.
• During the process of reclaiming labs, sublets, and consolidation to accommodate the
yield-up of C3, a unique opportunity was afforded to PTC allowing them to reposition
work groups to better support the company’s long term business plan.
• Various departments were reconfigured in an effort to maximize space efficiency and a
projected campus headcount growth of approximately 15% was tested and incorporated
into the program.
