• The project included the new construction of 150,000 SF for the world headquarters for
the manufacturers of Roomba and Scooba home vacuuming robots as well as unmanned
military vehicles.
• The space includes a museum to highlight iRobot’s products and history.
• The space also includes research and development areas as well as executive offices and
conference rooms.
