PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
• JC&A has completed several medical treatment centers for Fresenius, the world’s largest
integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis.
• Nearly 2,000,000 SF and 26 beds in Massachusetts.
• All work was completed while the facilities were fully functional and treating patients.
• The projects required all new treatment piping throughout and the flooring in the patient
areas required shot blasting, grinding, Ardex waterproofing, skim coating, and a lock
together rubberized flooring system.
• The projects also included new nurse stations and patient centers as well as new millwork
throughout.
