Three Rivers Cruise Rhine, Moselle and Main River Valleys DAY 1 - MALTA - STRASBOURG Meet your tour manager at Malta International Airport for your flight to Zurich. Upon arrival transfer to the 4* hotel in Strasbourg. DAY 2 - STRASBOURG Breakfast and time at leisure. transfer to River Cruise where you will board the Symphonie for your 6 night cruise in Strasbourg (gare fluviale). Presentation of the crew and welcome cocktail. Optional tour of old Strasbourg at night aboard a canal boat (depending on availability). Return on board and departure of the cruise. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner. DAY 3 - STRASBOURG - FRANKFURT (MAIN RIVER) Early in the morning, cruise through the Iffezheim and Gambsheim locks, which are among the largest locks on the Rhine River. Passing through the towns of Worms, Gernsheim, and Nierstein, before joining the Main River. Arrival in Frankfurt, optional guided tour or free time. The town is a mix of ancient and modern sites which will astonish and delight you. Return on board. Evening of entertainment. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. DAY 4 - FRANKFURT - COCHEM (MOSELLE RIVER) Cruise through the Moselle Valley, one of the most beautiful tributaries of the Rhine with its numerous castles, its famed vineyards and the picturesque villages. Arrival in Cochem, nicknamed the “Pearl of the Moselle”, and optional guided tour of its castle. Nestled at 350 feet over the Moselle, Reichsburg Castle is a marvelous example of flamboyant gothic style. Return on board. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. DAY 5 - COCHEM - KOBLENZ (MOSELLE AND RHINE RIVERS) Cruise through the Moselle. Arrival in Koblenz, situated at the confluence of the Rhine and the Moselle. Discover the old town with our accompanist. This charming district, located around the Basilica of St. Castor (9th to 12th century) and the Church of Our Dear Lady (Liebfrauenkirche; 12th to the 15th century), has been lovingly restored over recent years. Return on board. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. DAY 6 - KOBLENZ - RUDESHEIM (RHINE RIVER) Departure of the cruise, along the famed “Deutsches Eck”, then cruise up the most beautiful romantic Rhine River, with its legendary Lorelei Rock. Arrival in Rüdesheim and optional excursion: tourist train, tasting of the famous wines of the region and guided tour of the mechanical music cabinet museum. Free evening in the famous Drosselgasse which awaits you with its numerous cafés, bars and music. Return on board. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. DAY 7 - RUDESHEIM - MANNHEIM Arrival in Mannheim. Optional excursion to visit Heidelberg, the romanticism city, visit the castle (exterior only) and the old town. Return on board in Mannheim. Gala dinner and dancing evening. Cruise to Strasbourg. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. DAY 8 - STRASBOURG - MALTA Buffet breakfast on board. Arrival in Strasbourg in the morning. Disembark, time at leisure and transfer to Zurich Airport for your flight to Malta Formalities: You must have a valid passport to travel. Please note: Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the last day of your travels. NB: For navigational reasons and passenger safety, the company and the captain reserve the right to modify the cruise itinerary if necessary.
