Mini-Circuits’ Tiny Ceramic Bandpass Filter Passes 450 to 780MHz Mini-Circuits’ BFTC-615+ is a tiny ceramic bandpass filter with a passband from 450 to 780MHz. This model is capable of handling up to 3W RF input power and provides passband insertion loss of 4.8dB, lower stopband rejection of 35dB, upper stopband rejection of 30dB, and an operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C. Featuring LTCC multi-layer construction, this model measures just 0.15x0.15x0.059” and achieves excellent repeatability, making it suitable for volume production. The BFTC-family of ceramic bandpass filters features various passbands for different applications, and custom designs are available on request. Mini-Circuits’ Suspended Substrate Stripline Diplexer Splits DC to 3GHz and 4 to 20GHz Mini-Circuits’ ZDSS-3G4G+ is a broadband coaxial diplexer with a low pass channel from DC to 3GHz and a high pass channel from 4 to 20GHz. Fabricated with suspended-substrate- stripline circuit technology, the RoHS- compliant filter has typical passband insertion loss of 1.5dB with typical passband return loss of 10dB. Low channel stopband rejection is 30dB or better, and high channel stopband rejection is 50dB at 2GHz and 15dB at 3GHz. The diplexer is suitable for effectively duplexing signals in applications including radar, test and measurement, and more. It can handle input power levels up to 3W and is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +85ºC. It is supplied in a compact coaxial package measuring 1.77x0.75x0.60” with SMA connectors.
