MARKETING PLAN WORKSHEET EXAMPLE
Decide on the time frame of your plan. TIME FRAME: Write down your objective. The objective is what you want to accomplish with your marketing. Make it quantifiable and as specific as possible. OBJECTIVE: Write down the strategy you will use. The strategy is how you will accomplish your objective. STRATEGY: Second half of 2018; June 1 – December 31. List 7 properties in the second half of the year through repeat and referral business. Ensure my clients have me top of mind by connecting on a consistent basis through different means and offering value-added services.
Choose the methods you will use to build relationships. A good marketing mix should have at least 4 different methods. Here are some ideas:

Write down your plan. Schedule the tasks that you decided to take on yourself in your calendar and confirm the schedule for your outsourced marketing.
