вестных архитекторов. если хватит полити- ческой воли, желания и способности вести диалог с профессиональным архитектурным сообществом, то этот проект может реализо- ваться именно как точка интереса междуна- родного масштаба. петер ноевер, директор музея Мак (вена, австрия) – Мне кажется очень существенным, что- бы перед тем как предпринять какие–либо дальнейшие действия, следовало бы полу- чить более точные разъяснения самой идеи и концепции музея в перми, то есть необхо- димо разработать точную программу виде- ния, содержания и архитектурных требова- ний, предъявляемых к проектам. все три победивших проекта не могут от- личаться друг от друга в еще большей мере, чем это произошло в действительности. я по- лагаю, что, в частности, именно по причине того, что организаторы по-прежнему надеют- ся создать в перми уникальное произведение архитектуры и искусства, все три архитекто- ра были приглашены еще раз поучаствовать в конкурсе и разработать новый проект, кото- рый будет отвечать конкретным требованиям разработанной программы. я думаю, что был собран очень интересный состав жюри, так как каждый его член имеет различное мнение и различные позиции в вопросах архитектуры. я считаю, что это хо- рошо для жюри, которое, действительно, не должно симпатизировать каким-то одним на- правлениям или движениям в архитектуре. в данном случае жюри, даже несмотря на то, что было очень трудно, прекрасно справилось со своей задачей. теперь у нас есть два побе- дивших проекта, или я бы даже сказал, три. и мой совет перми, ее ответственным людям и губернатору заключается в том, чтобы пригла- сить всех трех призеров в пермь. вы должны собрать комиссию, состав которой будет, по крайней мере, соответствовать уровню жюри конкурса, и с учетом предложений трех побе- дителей, еще раз обсудить, что и как делать. я полагаю, что необходимо разработать и при- нять четкую программу действий, потому что

ment their idea. It is necessary to note, that the project of the «BErnAsKonI» studio was among the leaders starting from the very beginning. Those participants of the Contest, who have been awarded with special prizes, are all well-known generators of creative ideas. And the fact that Totan Kuzembaev continues to preserve his youthful creativity is one of the Contest discover- ies. one more interesting example of development of the archi- tects’ artistic endeavors is the work presented by the group of savin and Cheltzov. They on the contrary have created a design, which is very close to the present-day mainstream sectors of the modern architecture. It is of crucial importance that the Contest should be fin- ished with a construction stage in accordance with its primary conditions. Though it may seem strange but by giving the top awards to two equally good designs the Contest organizers give an opportunity to choose among a wide spectrum of variants before the adoption of the final decision on construction. I will not itemize all these variants. It is only necessary to empha- size that any of them, certainly, the legitimate ones, will allow to create an image, which will affect the future life of perm, as it has been repeatedly declared. It is possible to call it a «Bil- bao syndrome», when a gloomy life in a grey industrial city was «exploded» by the construction of the Frank Gehry Museum. It resulted in the outburst of the world interest and led to the development of a whole number of new designs created either by way of competitions or by the invitation of the well–known architects. If there is enough political will, desire and ability to conduct a dialogue with the professional architectural commu- nity, this project may be realized as the point of interest of the international level. – It seems essential to me that before taking any further measures, one ought to seek clarification of the idea and con- ception for the museum of perm, i.e. that an exact program for its vision, content and architecture needs to be worked out. The three winning projects could not differ from each other any more than they do. particularly out of this reason I could imaging that – presuming that there is still an intention to cre- ate a unique demonstration of art and architecture in perm – all three architects are invited once more to deliver a new de- sign that concretely refers to the new program. I think that was an interesting structure of the jury, because everybody has different opinion and different position in archi- tecture, and I think that is good for jury which really can’t take care on different movements in architecture. But the jury, even if it was very complicated, did their job. now there are two win- ning projects, or I would say three. And my advise to perm, to the responsible people, to the Governor would be to invite all three prize-winners to perm and you should be to have advises which at least the same level of the jury that really ,from the three winners, it’s again discuss what to do, how to do and in the meantime I think that would be very important to have a clear program, because the program is not clear at all. The pro- gram has to be clear in what you really want. I think that to have a museum, to have exhibitions this is all over the world. The program is o’key for a few concepts, but you have to work on a concept, on a program, what you want to do very specially. sure you can make an exhibition, but you have to have some- thing which is completely different like the rest of the world be- cause this is one of 25000 museums. сии – коллективу Бориса Бернаскони. обойти знаменитую заху, что удалось представителю молодого поколения, – это большой успех, ко- торого совершенно никто не ожидал. Это ра- бота человека или команды, вполне способ- ной довести свою идею до реализации. надо отметить, что проект бюро «BERNASKONI» с самого начала был среди лидеров. те, кто по- пал в группу специальных премий – это извес- тные генераторы креативных идей. и то, что тотан кузембаев до сих пор сохраняет свою юношескую креативность – тоже открытие. и то, что группа савина и чельцова представила работу, напротив, очень близкую к реализа- ции по нынешним мейнстримовым секторам современной архитектуры, – тоже очень ин- тересный факт развития их творчества. принципиально важно, чтобы конкурс был доведен до строительства в соответствии с его изначальными условиями. как это ни ка- жется странным, но премирование на рав- ных двух проектов дает широкий спектр ва- риантов принятия окончательного решения на строительство. не буду их перечислять. но любой из них, конечно, легитимный – позво- лит создать объект, который повлияет на судь- бу перми. Это было заявлено неоднократно.
