Bill has served as both board member and chair on multiple state and national law enforcement associations. He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and bachelor’s degrees in Busi- ness Administration and Information Systems, and is a graduate of the 245th session of the FBI National Academy. He has been recognized for his work against violent crime and domestic violence and is certified as an Emotional Intel - ligence Coach. Bill is the owner and managing director of Castellum Group, LLC., an innovative and progressive public safety training and consulting firm.
