POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, VENETO Artisan producers of Italian grappa, brandy, spirits and liqueurs, this distillery is solely owned by the Poli family. Founded in 1898 near Bassano del Grappa in the heart of Veneto, the distillery is currently run by fourth generation Jacopo Poli. Poli has not only elevated grappa production to an art form but his attention to detail has resulted in exceptional brandy, spirits and liqueurs with unparalleled elegance. Poli Distillerie Barrique Grappa 80PF / 750ML This single-vintage grappa aged in 225L Allier barriques. Developed aromas of toasted wood, vanilla, cocoa and coffee with a strong, harmonious finish. Poli Distillerie Mirtillo di Poli Grappa W/O Tube 56PF / 750ML Blueberries were fermented and distilled to produce a brandy with a pleasant and fruity taste. Poli Distillerie Miele di Poli Grappa W/O Tube 70PF / 750ML A liqueur based on grappa and acacia honey, with essential oils from mugo pine, juniper, mint and lemon verbena to grant exquisite balsamic sensations. Poli Distillerie Camomilla 60PF / 750ML Matricaria Camomilla flowers infused in grain alcohol, grappa and sugar. After three months the essential oils of the flowers emit an aroma of summer meadow to this liqueur, those tasting claim it alone helps relaxation. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Moscato 80PF / 375ML Single-vintage brandy from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Aged for six months in stainless steel. Clear with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias and sage. Well-rounded with a light touch of orange citrus on the finish. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Torcolato 80PF / 375ML / 1.75L Single vintage. Marc from dried grapes lightly affected by noble rot for this Torcolato dessert wine. Clear grappa with aromas of dates, dried apricots, raisin, honey and sweet spice. Incredible depth, with flavors evolving into the finish.

Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Vespaiolo 80PF / 375ML A fabulous grappa of great finesse from Poli, made with the pomace of the Vespaiolo grape and packaged in a stunning hand-blown glass bottle. Poli Distillerie PO’ di Poli Merlot (Tubes), Secca/Dry 80PF / 750ML Secca/Dry. Marc from Merlot Piave and Merlot Breganze grapes made artisanally in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still. Aromas of must, freshly cut grass, hyacinth. Warming, satisfying and vigorous. 90-95 Points Wine Enthusiast Poli Distillerie PO’ di Poli Moscato, Morbida/Smooth 80PF / 750ML / 750ML TUBES / 1.75L Morbida/Smooth. Marc from Orange Blossom Muscat and White Muscat grapes, with a discontinuous Bain-marie still. Aromas of citrus fruit, orange flowers. Mellow, tasty and broad. Poli Distillerie PO’ di Poli Pinot Noir (Tubes), Elegante 80PF / 750ML Elegant. Marc obtained from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. Aromas of Po di Poli Aromatica. Marc obtained from Gewürztraminer grapes, artisanally made in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots. Aromas of balmy herbs, resin, spices (pepper). Full, firm and persistent. Poli Distillerie Sarpa di Poli (Tubes) 80PF / 750ML Blended marc of 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet. Sarpa di Poli has a range of delicate aromas: fresh herbs, mint, rose petals and geranium. On the palate, it is rustic yet smooth, with a generous finish that keeps on giving. Poli Distillerie Uva Viva Italia Poli (Tubes) 80PF / 750ML Aromatic Malvasia and White Muscat grape. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom.
