HI FALUTIN’ INGREDIENTS / DIRECTIONS 1 3/4oz whiskey

1oz Swedish Punsch

1/2 tsp Byrrh 2 medium lemon peels Combine whiskey, Punsch and Byrrh in a mixing glass. Express lemon peels into the drink and drop in the glass. Stir over cracked ice, strain and serve.

Shake then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime.
