POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, VENETO Gin Marconi is the result of a long tradition in distilling and of the innovative capacity of the Poli family, who has been distilling with an artisanal still since 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto. Poli Distillerie Marconi 42 Gin 84PF / 700ML Gin Marconi is an Italian gin, artisanally distilled in small batches by Jacopo Poli with Crysopea, his own vacuum bain-marie pot still: a unique method of distillation that enables to obtain intense scents, clean taste, and a long lasting aromatic persistence. RIGHT GIN SWEDEN RIGHT Gin is a Citrus Forward, New Western Style Gin conceived by Lyons Brown. Blended and made in Sweden by Master Blender Henrik Facile. Each of the eight botanicals used are very carefully sourced for the best character, distilled separately under specific conditions special for that botanical, then blended to create a very elegant, balanced, and unique expression of Gin. Right Gin 94PF / 750ML RIGHT works exceptionally well in classic Gin cocktails, taken neat, and pairs beautifully with fresh and seasonal flavors. They had a fantastic foundation in their wines to make something extraordinary.They’ve been growing their own Juniper since 1996, so making gin seemed the natural thing to do. With careful attention, they set out to create a luxurious, pure gin. Wölffer Pink Gin 80PF / 750ML We distill our celebrated Rosé wine to use as the gin base. For our main flavoring, we handpick, our Juniper berries between April and July. We also use small amounts of seeds from anise, fennel, coriander, cumin, and cardamom, along with ginger and lime zest.

SENJO JAPAN Senjo wounded in 1866, at the end of the Edo period, two years before the Meiji Restoration and the abolition of feudal domains and the establishment of prefectures. For over 150 years since then, it is no exaggeration to say that our company’s history has been linked to the cherry trees planted in Takato Castle Ruins Park.The young cherry trees have grown into large trees, and the park has become one of the most famous cherry blossom viewing spots in the country. It is thanks to the community that planted and cultivated the cherry trees that our company exists today as a local Takato sake brewery. We will continue to contribute to the development of our local Takato. Senjo Sakura Gin 90PF / 700ML SENJO Craft Gin SAKURA is a craft gin made by a sake brewery in Takato, Shinshu. It is based on spirits derived from rice, and uses juniper berries and the leaves of Takato Kohiganzakura, a variety endemic to Takato Town, which are carefully hand-picked by the brewers one by one. The result was a gin that is exudes an undeniable cherry blossom aroma, while presenting a ginjo-sake and plum flavours on the palate.
