TROIS RIVIÈRES MARTINIQUE Trois Rivières gets its name from the three rivers; Bois d’Inde, Oman and St. Pierre, which border the original estate which was first established by Nicolas Fouquet, The Superintendent of King Louis XIV in 1660. The Plantation, in the far South of Martinique, benefits from an exceptional geographic location that gives the rhums their character and rich flavor. Trois Rivières Cuvée de l’Ocean 84PF / 750ML Trois Rivières Cuvée del’Océan has the unique characteristic of being developed solely from the juice of sugarcane raised on the waterfront of the sunny plot of Anse Trabaud, located in the extreme south of Martinique. This geographical location, together with fermentation techniques specially designed by the Master Blender, give this rum a unique taste that is primarily characterized by amazing brinish, mineral notes. Perfect for cocktails, it can also be enjoyed neat. You will be amazed at how well it pairs with seafood and shellfish. Trois Rivières Cuvée du Moulin 80PF / 750ML Trois Rivières “Cuvée du Moulin” is a blend of rums carefully matured for over three years in ex-Cognac and Bourbon casks. This is an excellent introduction to those who wish to discover the qualities of an excellent “Rhum Vieux Agricole”. Delightfully full flavored and spicy, but Among the Trois Rivières rum collection, VSOP Réserve Spéciale is especially appealing. INGREDIENTS 60 ML. Pitú Gold Premium Cachaça 20 ML. vanilla syrup 50 ML. apple juice DIRECTIONS Fill the shaker with all ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into a Martini glass previously sprinkled with cinnamon powder. Garnish with slices of apple.
