West Cork Ten Year Old is prepared from Irish malted barley and pot distilled. West Cork Black Reserve 80PF / 750ML A non-chill filtered whiskey finished in first-fill, flame charred bourbon barrels, resulting in sweet floral aromas with hints of green apples, with rich flavor notes of malt, green apple, cracked nuts, and mild spice. West Cork Glengarif Peat Charred Cask Single Malt 86PF / 750ML / LIMITED This special release whiskey is a single malt aged in sherry casks and then finished for 6 months in barrels that have been charred using peat obtained from the iconic Glengarriff Forest in Southern Ireland. West Cork uses a proprietary charring device built by the distillery with the guidance of a local fifth generation blacksmith. West Cork 12 Year Single Malt Rum Cask Irish 86PF / 750ML / LIMITED A limited release of 12YO Single Malt Irish whiskey aged first fill Bourbon casks for 12 years and finished for circa 110 days in rum casks. West Cork Distillery polish matures in selected casks for a shorter period than other distilleries to avoid overpowering the bourbon cask maturation.
