Famines The Government of Norway provided financial support to UNEP to facilitate its activities in support of the imple- mentation of the UNFCCC New Delhi Work Programme on Article 6 on Education, Training and Public Awareness. Within the frame of these funds GRID-Arendal, in close collaboration with UNEP’s Division of Environmental Con- ventions (DEC), produced this updated version of Vital Climate Graphics based on the IPCC’s Third Assessment Report (TAR).
