Tortoise and Turkey Fall Run Location: Gator Trails Park Join us on Saturday, November 8, for The Tortoise and the Turkey Fall Run! Children ages 2 to 10 can join in on the fun. Distances: • 2-3 years – 100 meters • 4-5 years – 200 meters • 6-7 years – 400 meters • 8-10 years – 600 meters Participation is $10 per child, and each runner gets a fabulous goodie bag and a shiny participation ribbon! When school’s out, the fun begins at Four Freedoms Park! Join us for a week packed with festive games, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and winter break excitement! Camp will end at 3pm on New Years Eve 12/31. No camp on New Years Day 1/1. This afterschool program allows for children to engage in exciting outdoor activities from the large playground to group kickball tournaments, as well as creative arts and crafts to take home, and homework assistance from counselors as needed. Parent’s and guardians should pack their child a snack for aftercare daily. The Youth Center does not provide transportation services. This program is designed to provide assistance to families whos children attend Mid Cape Global Academy Charter School and are needing childcare assis tance before school start time. Scooter Lessons Location: Skate Park

Join Cape Coral Parks and Recreation for exciting scooter lessons at the Eagle Skate Park! Whether you’re just starting out or look ing to sharpen your skills, our experienced staff will help students learn new tricks, practice scooter safety, and understand park etiquette, all in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for begin ners and intermediate riders, this program runs weekly on Monday evenings and is open to kids ages 5 to 17. Each session is just $10. Skateboarding with Austin Location: Skate Park

Learn to skate from a talented instructor! Skateboarders can improve their skills or start from scratch by learning various tricks, safety, and etiquette for all skill levels. Participants must supply their own equipment.
