Need a night for some Holiday preparations or have your own Holiday event to attend. Bring your child to the Youth Center to enjoy a Grinch themed night! We will have some fun green food and snacks to enjoy, Grinch crafts, and watching The Grinch! We might even have a special visitor! PAL Sports & Mentorship Afterschool Program Location: Lake Kennedy Center The Police Athletic League (PAL) Afterschool/ will include specific drills for multiple sport and gameplay guided by the CCPD officers and afterschool academic assistance. Guest speakers will mentor in drug prevention, proper nutrition and homework assistance. The PAL promotes healthy lifestyles and positive relationships between the Police Officers and the youth of Cape Coral. This program meets each Tues. and Thurs. from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Par ticipants should wear shorts, sneakers and bring mouthguard and water bottle. This is a drop off program. Get ready to take home a basketball-sized pumpkin for carving (one per family), paint a sugar pumpkin, and dive into three fabulous craft tables and games. **Don’t forget – Must pre-register by October 13!** This event is geared for 2 -7 years old but all are welcome!! Your little one will enjoy a fun-filled morning of indoor games, socializing with others, inflatable slide, electric scooters, trikes, and more!
