Eric began his construction career with Merritt in 2003. Starting out in the field, Eric gained experience and transitioned to the role of project manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Baltimore and MBAwith a concentration in finance fromUniversity of Maryland. He has been involved in various types of new construction projects, ranging from

single-story warehouse to multi-story office, as well as renovation projects ranging from exterior modifications to upgrading existing building to the LEED EB+OM Gold certification. Eric is Green Globe Professional and is a member of theYoung Leaders program in Baltimore Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
