ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Click on View in the top banner or Announcemen t in the left navigation panel to read these messages

2. After you have read the announcement message, remove them from your unread notifications/banner by clicking on the Mark as read hyperlink 3. You can also click on Mark All As Read if you have completed reading all unread announcements • Click on Past Announcements to reference all messages you have marked as read 4. Type in key words in the Search bar to find specific messages

ACTION REQUIRED ITEMS

Any order that requires your action to be taken on it will be shown here. 1. Confirm Change Order • Orders with a change order that have been submitted by the fabricator partner that provides the countertop quote after template Important note: Orders in the category above are in a HOLD status, it’s crucial to resolve as soon as possible to move forward with the countertop project 2. Notes • Orders with notes for easy visibility to read and reply

Under Confirm Change Order , click on Active Orders or Past Due Orders where there is an order count • Click on the blue hyperlink to view the order details

CONFIRM CHANGE ORDER

Confirm Change Order 1. Click on View Change Request to review the change order details and generate a PO with the customer for the install amount or difference

When viewing the Change Request, there are two options at the bottom: Print Change Request • This can be used to review the selections / changes submitted and the Retail amount with the customer Print Details • This is intended for internal Floor & Decor use only

NOTES

Notes 1. Click on Read Notes to read retail order notes added to customers’ orders in Sage Sync 2. Here is a table view of all notes that shows which order # it was added to, customer name, who created the note, created on date, who is the CFI, and the message

3. Click on Mark as read to no longer show this note here, Mark All As Read to no longer show all notes, or click on Reply

4. Reply allows you to Add Note directly to that order from this screen or Email Note

SEARCH ORDERS

To find any order from your store, click the drop down to determine how you want to search by. 1. Select the search criteria 2. Enter key numbers / words in the box to the right 3. Click the magnifying glass to search

To view all orders, click Orders in the navigation panel • Click the blue hyperlink to view order details

To view closed/cancelled orders, click on the check box next to Closed/Cancelled Orders • Select the drop down for how far back you want to view

EASY ESTIMATOR

Click on Easy Estimator 1. Click on Create Estimate then Easy Estimator 2.0 to create an estimate in Easy Estimator 2.0 2. View details of created estimates byclicking on thecalculator icon 3. View closed/expired estimates by checking the box next to Closed/Expired Estimates

Inactive Users lists all Sage Sync system users who have been automatically marked inactive due to 365 days without logging in to Sage Sync. • The intention of this list is for all system users at the store to have visibility to assist other users with troubleshooting login. • Please contact support@sagesurfaces.com if a user needs to be reactivated
