Fellow Greystone Members, We are on the doorstep of spring, the time of year our trees, flowers, turf, and outdoor lifestyles come back to life! Golf, Tennis, Pizza & Pints Tuesdays, Wine Down Wednesdays, Family Night Thursdays, Acoustic Fridays… springtime is PERFECT for all of the things we love about Greystone. So… What does Greystone offer to help you enjoy life at the club? Dalton Gillilan can help you develop a program to get your body in shape for all the spring and summer fun. PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

I have some EXCITING NEWS about the role Greystone members can play for the Regions Tradition week. Ticket package offerings

have been released and the experience for members who purchase our packages will be better than ever! This year, the Sunday finals fall on Mother’s Day. While it’s not ideal, I believe we can turn this into one of the most positive things Greystone has ever done. With some exceptional help from members and sponsors, each Regions Tradition ticket package purchased by Greystone members will enable us to provide a very special gift to roughly 300 mothers who are spending their Mother’s Day with their sick children at Children’s of Alabama Hospital. We’re also providing gifts to the children as well. This gives us the opportunity to show the world that Greystone members have enormous HEART. Because of you & with financial commitments from Regions, other sponsors, and the extraordinary effort from Bruno Event Team, Golf Channel and Children’s of Alabama, hundreds of smiling kids and their moms will have a special Mother’s Day. All you have to do is purchase your tickets! I’m so proud to be a member of this great club, and I’m excited that the world will know that Greystone is The Club with a Heart.

"Make Greystone your go-to spot for early evening cocktails and dinner"

Our Cellar 91 is the centerpiece of Greystone dining. Chef Alan’s menu is better than ever so now it’s time to have friends or family out for a great night out. I want to call upon you to make Greystone your go-to spot for early evening cocktails and dinner at least one night every week. The more you use the club, the better it will get. I’d like to congratulate a few other award winners. Our region of The PGA of America named Steve Smith “PGA Professional of the Year”, Jon Gibbons was named “Merchandiser of the Year” and Max Doster won the “Player Development Award”. The quality of staff here at Greystone impresses me more every day.

Warmest Regards,

Matt Scalici Club President, 2019
