Living the ‘One Murphy’ value means engaging with our people, promoting best practice, continuously improving and innovating in everything we do. To encourage everyone to participate, we have card stations and white boards in all of our canteens for staff to submit feedback and ideas.

The culture development team reviews all of the cards submitted and ensures they are acted on and replied to swiftly. This constant dialogue helps us improve our work environment and find new, better ways of working. Our goal is to set industry standards with truly world-class projects and sites.

We want your feedback Our cards can be used to give feedback and share ideas across the company. Every comment you make will be considered seriously and appropriate actions taken. What’s more we will always provide a response to the information you provide within four weeks. The group-wide process is shown below and illustrates how your feedback will be dealt with. We are always pleased to hear about anything you wish to raise. This could be something to do with values, positives, challenges, improvements or recognition.
