Mixed PVC polymer for illuminated advertising. 3M™ Block Out Films 3635 are durable, dimensionally stable, opaque films with a matt finish. They have been specially developed to control light flow in internally illuminated signs. They can be applied to the first or second surface of clear acrylic or glass to create special sign effects in conjunction with 3M™ Diffuser Films™ and 3M™ Day Night Films™.
