Sugar Syrup

Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into tall highball glass, add dash of seltzer, grate nutmeg over and serve.

Brandy (Spanish) jigger Gin H j'gger Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve with ice water chaser.

Lemon 1 spoon Stir well and, after filling pousse cafe glass with finely cracked ice, pour in. Add cut straws and serve.

ST. MORITZ Yi jigger Scotch

Kummel 1 dash Fill cocktail glass with shaved ice and place half slice of lemon on top. Pour kummel over, add Scotch and serve with cut straws.
