Sample Receipt Forms

The sample receipt forms can be found in Annex D.

Reporting Templates

Electronic templates will be provided to the participants for data reporting (see Annex E). Moreover raw data will be required either electronic or paper-copy. All data should be clearly identified with sample identification, weights, volumes, and standard concentration.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPANTS

Samples Receipt All participant laboratories will receive the full kit of samples. The “SPSFAM Samples Receipt Form” (see Annex D) must be filled and sent back to the Study Director.

Before undertaking the analysis, powdered samples must be kept at room temperature. Liquid and semi-solid samples must be stored at 4 °C until day of use.

Analysis

The laboratories will be asked to analyze one set of fourteen samples (see Annex A).

Analyze samples singly and report individual values. This is a study of the method, not the laboratory; the method set up in the first part of the study must be closely followed. Any deviation must be recorded and reported along with the results.

All samples are required to be analyzed “as received” basis.

If there are any questions they should be directly addressed to the Study Director.
