Apple Juice Concentrate Spike All thirteen participating laboratories reported results for the Apple Juice Concentrate Spike including the four Heavy Metal analytes, Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury and Lead. Unfortunately the Apple Juice Concentrate was sent instead. The data for this material was not evaluated.
