GREYSTONE EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHTS

JEORDON DUDLEY GREYSTONE’S PERSONAL TRAINER Jeordon has been with the Club since June 2018. He is among the first to graduate from our Greystone University program, and also serves on the Club’s Employee Roundtable. Growing up, Jeordon wanted to be a superhero. As he grew older, he decided that being a fireman or a police officer were more realistic aspirations. Ultimately, he always knew he wanted to help people. Helping members reach their fitness goals is Jeordon’s favorite part about working at Greystone, along with getting to know Greystone’s members and associates. Jeordon is from Birmingham and attended the University of Alabama where he played on the Men’s Rugby Team. He obtained a degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. Jeordon joined the Physiology Club at Alabama and began training UA’s faculty and staff. This is where he discovered his passion for exercise science. What you may not know about Jeordon: He loves eating, traveling and dancing. The only foods he does not like are black olives, mushrooms, and coconut. His favorite place he has visited is Muscle Beach in California. Jeordon has played all sports except for swimming, hockey and golf. His UA Rugby coach created a play called “Smoke” named after Jeordon because he is so fast.
