Initiators

Sets the pace and orchestrates the execution of the OPL working with Assemblers.

Role

Responsibilities

• Stay in place at all times • React immediately to KVS and toasts buns • Follow the OPL Grill Slip Procedures ( See Appendix )

• Communicate to Assembler for food to be made at the High Velocity (Chicken McNuggets), Premium (salads) and Breakfast Cells (ADB) • Verify that all breads are properly toasted for Gold Standard Quality • Push sandwiches to Assembler for the Premium Cell and Breakfast Cell • Bump orders off the KVS after pushed to or pulled by Assembler • Ask for assistance from Assembler or Chaser if needed • Keep KVS set to the four quadrant mode
